| Jewelry Repairs are done on premises. I have been doing repairing for 33 years. I specialize in extensive stone setting, fine jewelry restoration, gold fabrication, Gold and Platinum repairs, designing and redesigning rings which have been "handed down" in the family, creating pendants and rings from sentimental jewelry and many other types of unique designs and creations. My repair classes have included Gemological Institute of America jewelry repairs, stone setting, advanced stone setting and also a recent advanced stone setting and platinum workshop. I continue my education of new techniques and refining my abilities to work with and create unique designs in jewelry. I also do extremely intricate repairs and designing with Laser technology. This allows me to do repairs, which only a few years ago may have been next to impossible. Jewelry repair can be a simple process of soldering a link to extensive repairs of redesigning and creating all new pieces of jewelry. Engagement ring and wedding ring usually require some maintenance repairs. These are caused just by many years of normal wear - not because of misuse or abuse. Prong repair, the bottom of the ring (called the shank) may need repaired or replaced. Sometimes a diamond (large or small) can loosen and need tighten or even replaced if lost. And as our finger sizes change, then our rings need sized to fit the fingers. This becomes a very common job, but it needs to be done professionally. I take great care to size all rings as to not make the ring thinner or weaker. Just because it's a common repair, doesn't mean it's an easy job - if done right. These are some of the types of repairs, which I do, and I can give you an estimate when I see the ring and decide the repairs needed. Your Jeweler,
